OT- might be selling some eggs

Yes the title says it all! The food truck is doing well for only being up and running, so I'm thinking I might be selling off some eggs and getting another meat monster to handle the load and make life a little easier for me. Let's face it even the XXL can't handle the load that 1 shelf of a meat monster can handle. Don't worry I won't be selling them all as I love cooking on them for the family meals but I will be downsizing quite a bit as to make room for another cooker.

    @badinfluence-As above, glad that you have a demand signal that merits the volume considerations.  I'm sure there won't be any change in quality as you transition more of the cooks to the MM.  
    There will be some lucky folks in your surrounding area once you open the gates.  Continued successes chasing your dream!

    Oh. And the mrs. Also said I would have to sell some before I got another cooker...lol. Can't really blame her for this one as I am really running out of room and don't have the space for another cooker without selling some off.

    How can you possibly even think of selling one. You just crossed the requisite 14 Minimum green eggs. Lol. Keep updating us on the food truck. I love watching your journey unfold.
