Temp jumped from 194° to 196°. Opened the dome and this puppy is done... probed like "buttah", literally. Wrapped it in butcher paper & towel then placed in a cooler. Dinner at 8:30! Nom... nom... nom.

Daughter has gone off with her friends so its date night with my awesome wife. Menu: Ribeye, sweet potatoes and fresh corn on the cob all cooked on the EGG. Desert will be a late night trip to Brusters !!!

That's what I cooked at the Toronto Eggfest yesterday. Unfortunately, we ran out of time and did not get to do the pecan cobblers. But, the two peach cobblers seemed to be a big hit!IPASooner said:wow @TexanOfTheNorth that is an amazing spread!
