It's been a while since I've calibrated my dome thermo with my other two thermos. No calibration needed. Fork needed no adjustments either.

One must clean the egg when calibrating the thermo. Rockwood does such a good job cleaning.

Haha. I posted this right before I found the Rockwood dirty bag thread. I don't jump for joy when the box is filled with dust, but usually the lump is just fine.
