Hi everyone! I've finally got my LGBE all set up and ready to go! Sunday will be my first smoke ever and I'm planning on following Car Wash's baby backs recipe exactly. I'm pretty sure I have the process down, but are there any obscure or miscellaneous pieces of advice you fine folks care to offer? I'll be sure to post some pics and an update on Monday!

@yellowdogbbq Thanks! One quick question... After the prepping of the ribs, are you supposed to wrap them in Saran wrap prior to putting into the fridge, or just leave them on a cookie sheet? Or doesn't it matter?Denver, CO
