Pulled Chicken on Corn Cakes

Thanks all to the advice on best pulled chicken prep.
My first time smoking them instead of spatchcock. 225-250 indirect for 4 hrs. Wanted to let it got a little longer but the temp was there and it was getting late so pulled it. Pulled with bear claws and a fork.
Grilled tomato, brussell sprouts (not pictured), and avocado. Corn Cakes cooked over skillet, but next time will be in my CI over the grill for sure. I didn't brine, but think I will next time. Overall I'm very happy with results.
