BGE Halibut
Tonight's dinner was started in the CI then finished on lemons. Seasoned with DP's Pineapple Head. Deliciousness.

Thanks guys. Always hesitant to do halibut due to fear of screwing up a costly piece of protein. I'm comfortable cooking salmon but I like halibut more. Tonight's cook paid off. I just need to put blinders on in the checkout lane so I get comfortable cooking halibut.Steven
