Thanks to The Wolfe Pit, this is a family favorite. Started with Meat Church Holly Cow, smoked with Cherry Wood to 160 then into the pool of goodness. Chucky would not pull until he hit 207.

Oh Heavens!!!
If if you like spicy beef you should try it with Pepperoncini instead of the sweet peppers. Really good-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Henderson, Ky. -
