I've seen it mentioned before, felt another public pat on the back was in order. My fire ring cracked on my Large Egg, my dealer is a dud, they didn't follow through on what they said they would. I left an email to the warranty dept at BGE, Bruce sent me a reply and is stepping up to the plate. He is taking care of what my dealer should have, I'm impressed at the awesome customer service. In my book Bruce knows what true customer service means.
