Bacon Sushi

I had to try these, pretty good.  Two are beef/pork and two are poultry.  Beef is better.  325ish indirect to done temp.  Sauced with Jack Stack Spicy towards the end.  Used jalopeno/bell string cheese.  Not as easy to roll as appears in the video.  Pecan for smoke.  Cook time about 45 minutes.
