Brisket kind of Saturday (pix)

Burnt Ends, Brisket Flat w/ Horseradish, Mac n Cheese and Fried Okra.  Seasoned the brisket semi heavy w/ just S&P and smoked it up with JD a Whiskey Barrel Oak.  The burnt ends got some Stubbs Beef Rub and Cattleman's sauce.  They were magically delicious.   B)  Not sure what order these pics will be in:
