It has been a while since I have posted any cooks but I have been cooking 2-3 times a week putting out really good meals. Someone made mention in the rub and sauce exchange that a lot of people haven't been posting a lot so I decided to make pizza an put it on display. This was definitely not the most health meal that I have made but it was really good. One pizza was just chicken, bacon, and ranch dressing. The second is made the same way but I added peppers, onions, and mushrooms that were cooked in bacon fat. I also dusted the edge of the crust with Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese. The cheese is a mixture of cheddar and mozzarella. You can tell it has been a while since I have posted a cook as I almost forgot to take a pic of the second pizza before the cheese. Enjoy!!!! Pics to follow.

Nice! My only pizza attempt didn't turn out so great but I may need to give it another shot

Thanks guys!!! @SmokinBass don't give up. It's a process. The second which looks pretty good except for the two bubbles on the top. The bottom though got away from me and burnt a little. I like it way more on the Egg than in the big white box with a clock.

Awesome looking pies! I am definitely stealing the chicken, bacon, ranch. Love the looks of the outer crust I am sure that was mighty tasty.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
