Brisket tamales

I tried something new today.  Tamales!  I had some left over brisket from last weekend's cook so I sliced some flat and point and simmered it with  onions, apple cider, apple cider vinegar, some worcestershire, and then finished it with some Busha Browne's Jamaican Jerk bbq sauce. I thought that they came out pretty well for a first time and got a thumbs up from SWMBO.
