1st meatloaf

Encouraged by all the posts that this is a forgiving cook, and having extra ground meat on hand, I did my first meatloaf. We used my wife's standard recipe, in the interest of changing only one thing at a time. We used the Lawry's meat loaf seasoning recipe with an onion and a green pepper, eggs, milk, etc. I formed them in a pan, and then put them on. The smaller one is a more plain version for a picky kid:

I targeted 375 but did most of the cook at 400, platesetter feet up. It only took 45-50 minutes, I was surprised how quickly they cooked!

They were delicious, the wife was generous with compliments and seemed surprised at how good they tasted. I was not surprised, based on what I had read here. :) Thanks for the encouragement, these will go into a regular rotation!
