Mini Cook - Chicken Drumsticks

Still getting a feel for my mini ... boy does it get to temp fast. This is my first 'direct' cook on it, these came out soo juicy and tender ... I think because everything is so compact the secret on a direct cook on this size egg is to turn often.
I've slow smoked and eaten so much pork, I'm legally recognized as being part swine - Chatsworth Ca.

    Those look delicious! Still can't believe I didn't like the Mini for so long! Since Christmas, I've used my large ONCE. Not sure I've done legs on the Mini, but thighs often.

    I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
