Well, if Hubby can get it out of the SUV in time, some stuffed burgers. I am planning on a butt tomorrow to do the low slow cook. We bought a demo LBGE at the Bone Daddy event a couple of weekends ago as well as a built in gasser, hubby's choice there. We also won a tailgate gasser, which we brought home when we picked up the Egg today. Got there, and they gave us a new one!

This may be a dumb question - did you have any trouble with it resting in your trunk like that? I Assume not due to the weight?
my fiancé and I just signed the papers to buy a demo model (large) in July that is about 30% off after one cook. Only caveat is we have to go pick it up ourselves and transport it (will probably still be a little warm).
We are excited for our first egg! -

@n00b ours wasn't used as a demo so it was cool. We have a 3rd row and kept it upright while Hubby sat in the middle row holding it up.
@WeberWho? I totally dig it! I know understand the obsession now. Once that fire gets going...I was thinking, what else can I throw on this! Watermelon? I am doing a pork butt Monday but plan to make a chicken tomorrow. -
