Last Night's Breakfast on the Mini

Last night's breakfast off the Mini. Cone's Onion Sausage (meat market out of Ridge Spring, SC) and an Omelette made with Cone's Hot Pickled Okra, Sliced Tomato, Pepperjack Cheese and Fresh Herbs. My wife was less adventurous and just had scrambled eggs.
