Took my leftover smoked chicken from Sunday, put in a pan with onion, black beans, ketchup, hot sauce and homemade mustard based BBQ sauce and served over some cheddar cheese creamed kale I made. Great layers of flavor in the dish...smoke is an amazing thing!
