Tri Tip two ways.

Went to Trader Joes this weekend and found some Tri Tips. I've never done one so I thought I'd get two and do some experimenting. I did one with Oakridge Santa Maria Seasoning (from my sampler) and one with Dizzy Pig Red Eye Express. Family liked the Red Eye better but I thought the Santa Maria was excellent. Both had excellent beefy flavor. Going to do sandwiches tomorrow.
Did roasted Parmesan potatoes on the side along with bruschetta salad.
