Hey guys, did a whole 6lb chicken cut in half...marinated overnight in Sriracha, honey, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cooked for 50 min or so at between 375-400 direct heat. Skin crisped up a bit too much and I added some mesquite chips for smoke. Flavor is pretty good but I would do things a little differently the next go round- was playing around with temps too much. Pic of the finished product for your viewing pleasure. Overall, so happy with the BGE and am so excited to keeping cooking on it!
