My. A good friend of mine just happens to also be a neighbor with an egg so we cook together and hangout a lot. Today we are doing an all rib cook. I'm gonna rock two racks of beef and he is bringing two racks of baby backs. This day will not suck. I'm trying my pork rib method on my smaller beef rack just to experiment. I will be smoking on all pecan. there will be after pics coming later.
