Quick Wing Cook

It's been awhile since I've felt like firing up the Egg (Lost my father-in-law in December), but I got home early yesterday and decided it was time.

Cut up some wings, covered them in Dizzy Dust and cooked them @ 375-400 indirect.  Flipped them @ 30 minutes, let them go another 15 minutes, tossed some in Moore's Honey BBQ, some in Moore's Buffalo, and some with just the Dizzy rub (my favorite), let them go another 10 minutes and checked the temp (185-195).  These were perfect, crispy skin, moist and great flavor.  This is the first time I've used Dizzy Dust and highly recommend it!

Also, I've only used it once so far, to do some ABT's, but my wife gave me a Mini-Max for Christmas:)

Anyway, I hope to be around more and continue to learn from everyone!
