going to be trying this for my first time. I know I want some temp 250-275. And plate setter legs up. Anything else I should know?

I would place some foil balls on your plate setter and put a drip pan on top of them.Large and Small BGECentral, IL

Ok how big of a gap do I need? Should I put apple juice in drip pan?
