First use of CGS' grill extender for PSWoo2-CI
A hazard of having an extra freezer:
You lose stuff.
Good news:
You eventually find it . . . many months later.
Found Chorizo . . . .

Found this marinade at the local store. We'll see.
(We liked it!)

Pan-fried the chorizo and some diced red potatoes . . .

Taco salad left over from Sunday . . .

Diced red 'taters, sharp cheddar, taco salad meat for the bell peppers . . .

The chorizo and red 'taters are for the poblano peppers . . .

Never used this cheese before . . . we'll see.
(It's okay.)

Chorizo Poblano . . .

And bell peppers with taco salad meat . . .

After about 30 minutes @ 350° . . .

Yes. Adult beverages ARE allowed on Thursdays!

And, the boneless pork chops . . .

These pineapple slices are basted with a 50/50 mix of honey and Captain Curt's BBQ sauce . . .

So far, we like the CGS Woo extender.

I bet Tom at CGS would welcome a photo or two. You have represented his product quite well. Very nicely done.

The food looks awesome and raised grid is cool. Here is a review on the Stubbs sauce. It's a KC sauce, but I haven't tired it yet.

"Three and a half inches is plenty,"
. . . he said.

Tomorrow's pork TLoin will be just fine on the lower level. Plans for upper tier include mushroom appetizers and asparagus.
This thing is just about perfect for our needs. Hope you're liking it, @Dobie .

I'll spend some time there browsing for new avenues out of our sauce/marinade rut.
Thanks, @LadeBack69 !
