Sunday Baby Backs

After a long day of kids baseball and a Kentucky Derby party yesterday, and then golf this morning, I had the desire to smoke something, I picked up a fat rack of Baby backs at Publix, rubbed it in mustard, dusted it in Mickey's coffee rub, and threw it on the egg raised indirect at approx 225 with some pecan chips.  I have absolutely zero timeline... Just going to let them go until they're done.
