Do I go with the Adjustable Rig or the 2 Tier Swing Rack?

It depends on what you want to cook. I have neither and some have both. If want to do a lot at one time I would think the AR. IMO. That'd the one I want.

Do you already own a Platesetter? If so, may want to look at the Woo2 with Grid Extender and sliding top grate.
There is a current post on this item.
If not, I'd go with the AR but I can't speak to the swing rack as for I don't own one.

When in doubt Accelerate.... -
@RICHIED777 hoping to make it over there. In all seriousness I would go with the AR over the 2 tiered rack. Or again get them both and another large egg so then no hassle of taking one out and replacing with the other. Gesh..I'm brilliant.1 XXL BGE, 1 LG BGE, 2 MED. I have AR, use some combination of it almost every time I cook. I have not been disappointed.

Hmm, Woo extender, hopefully these options will be used at the Peoria Eggfest

I have the Swing Rack --- if I had to do it all over again, I'd go AR. Biggest $185 dollar mistake I ever made.I've slow smoked and eaten so much pork, I'm legally recognized as being part swine - Chatsworth Ca.

AR definitely, had that, woo, stones, and cast iron grill shipped to OZ, best bit of kit you can get ,imho

-
Yes, I have the plate setter
-
@RICHIED777. Since you already have a platesetter, I would strongly suggest a pswoo2 with a woo2 extender and 16" Sliding D grid from Ceramic Grill Store. I'm sure you would love that set up.GWN
