@Endermann tried to recreate "drunken sauce" again this Sunday (for this actual butt), but in his words "I was too drunk and don't remember the actual recipe" well, maybe not his actual words, but pretty close. The only thing we know is that had paprika.

A couple weeks back, i burn pizza... but we are trying to have it again in the next weeks, so far, i think we haven't got anything we don't like; but there is always room for improvements.
Today we are having tandoori chicken drumsticks, i know its not going to be near as good as @caliking would do them, but we all start at someplace. @Endermann will bring samosas :hang_loose:

By the way... anyone have some advise on cooking drumsticks?

If you have someone bringing samosas, and you're making tandoori chicken... I want to come over!!

Would love to see and hear how your chicken turns out. Pictures, or it didn't happen  :)

You are more than welcome to try our Mexican version of tandoori. It turned good, im still learning how to cook chicken, this would be my second time doing bone-in chicken. overall, it was good, samosas and naan bread saved the day

cigars were a gift from Compostela, Nayarit (nice little town http://tinyurl.com/m3s9uyh ups... thats not the picture i was looking for http://tinyurl.com/nyxxbnk)that dad brought me.
It wasn't salty. @Endermann was light on it. Rub consisted in salt, pepper, garlic and paprika (must be paprika if he is cooking) on top of some mustard we found.

@ekuapa - I'm listening. What's your Mexican twist on tandoori chicken? Mexican and indian food are my 2 loves in life (besides SWMBO, the kid, scotch, and a few others)

I actually feel the are  very similar, I tell my brothers tikka masala would be the indian version of "mole". Tandoori chicken taste very similar to "Pollo Loco" (might be one ore two ingredients off). Even my mom thinks they are similar...
