Good job SmokingPiney, I was just getting ready to type it up. The Garlic Sauce really makes it. I used Greek Yogurt instead of plain for a little sweetness, while you can use regular I thought it was better. Let me know how it works out for you!

This looks awesome! And, Evie, your pic looks every bit as good as Bon Appetit's! I eat chicken about 9 days a week so always looking for something to change it up a bit. Thank you!
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Man this looks awesome!

Here it is: cooked 400 "ish" for 12 minutes straight direct, flipping every 3 minutes with a pinch of cherry wood for smoke. Pounding the garlic in a mortar and pestle for the sauce was a bit of a chore. The next time I make this, I will will smear the garlic with a knife over salt.
My wife loved it and my impression is this recipe absolutely rocks! This has become an Egg staple in my house and I can't wait to serve this for guests.

@evie1370- I came back to find this recipe and realized I missed your question. I used red onion and lemons. I saw this in a different recipe and decided to give it a try. I assume the lemons were just to add flavor but I actually ate a couple and they were really good.evie1370 said:Looks fantastic SmokeyPitt! Did you put veggies on the skewer too? If so which ones?
