RW - Ace Hardware Deals

Just an FYI incase you have one close to you. Got a coupon from ace for $10 off a $35 purcahse in email today.  Read ealier that ace was going to start carrying RW.  Decided to stop by after work and what do you know they had 3 bags in stock.  Price was $24.99 so I was forced to pick up a bag of hickory chunks also.  I either look at it like I got the chunks for free or got the RW for $14.99!  

The base price is a little high based on other sources, but it's great to know I can get it local in a pinch!  Hope they keep sending out coupons this summer!  Hope they send some 10% off later this summer so I can go load up!

    I love the $5 off/10% off coups from Ace.  Got my Smokeware cap at $5 off of  $35 price tag.   I have only used RW once, but I liked the results.

    I get the $5 off $35 all the time, but haven't gotten $10 off yet.  My Ace doesn't carry RW, but I've been buying a couple bags of The Good One there when the coupon comes for $20 per and found it to be comparable to RW.  I get all of my wood chunks there too and they have a great selection.

    I really like Ace and always shop there unless it's something they don't carry.

    @revolver1 My local Ace dealer doesn't sell very many eggs and this particular small has sat on the showroom floor forever.  The GM told me that they were not going to carry the small egg anymore due to the lack of interest from the consumer.  So he put it on clearance to move it.

    Man, that's expensive for charcoal. I like RW  a lot but not for that price.

    I agree.  Man I wish I had held out for a small instead of the Kahuna I bought.  Oh, if it breaks I will talk the wife into a small some how.  That's a great price and if you get a warranty even better.

    I love my small.  To be completely honest I haven't even used the new small yet that I picked up on clearance 5 months ago.  It's sitting on the shelf.  I think it will eventually become a baking egg.  The small I bought a few years ago rocks!  Perfect size to complement the large or XL.  You'll be happy with the small.  Maybe put $25 away a month on the side and sell the Kahuna and you'll have one in no time!
