Warming the egg back up with some steaks!

I've been traveling like crazy for work so haven't been egging for about two weeks! Last night, I warmed the egg back up with a delicious meal for the wife and the neighbors. We started off with egged caesars; followed that up with egged brussels sprouts, sauteed cabernet mushrooms, and 1# Kansas City strips with just S&P cooked at 600* to just past med-rare (oops). We also had an awesome Cab that was a gift (for you wine snobs) - the 2011 Mondavi Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve (man was it good). Photos galore!
