Char Siu BB Ribs

Needed a break from traditional bbq ribs and decided to try out some Char Siu baby backs. I pulled the marinade and mop from a few different websites, the flavor was great but should have put more sriracha in it to give more spice. Cutting in to individual ribs also gave a great bark around the entire rib. I may have pulled them a little early as I was getting hungry and they had a little more tug on them then I typically like. The color of the ribs doesn't really come across in pics, they had a really deep mahogany color that was great. Definitely a good change of pace...
