Joey Short Arms
Posts: 2
my first time cooking pulled pork. It is a 10lb with a bone. I was going to cook it at around 325 for 10 hours. Am I on the right track, any recommendations?

325 seems awful high. I'd do it low and slow at 225-250ish for about 2 hours a pound rough estimate, indirect heat not direct.[p]JJBS
