Loaf Pan Chickens

I cooked some loaf pan Chickens today from Big Bob Gibsons BBQ Book. As with everything I've cooked from that book it was amazing. It's a dummy proof way of doing the beer can chicken…I only got a few pics but thought it was worth sharing. They tasted delicious!!

Looks really good. I found his video on youtube and I may have to give that a try.
