Enjoying a beautiful day in the yard Eggin and doing some Spring gardening prep.  Started out the day with a Double Decker BLT with thick cut butcher bacon and some toast courtesy of the Egg.  Lunch was some big 1/2 pound homemade burgers, pressed and spiced with fresh cracked pepper, kosher salt and cow lick.  I cooked them low and slow at 250 for an hour or so with JD whiskey wood chunks.  Once they reached 130* internal, I seared them and melted some jalapeno havarti cheese over them and added them to a fresh toasted bakery bun.  These were excellent, but maybe a little big even for my likes, next time 1/3 or 1/4 pound will be ideal.

Now I'm relaxing with a few beers while a rack of Beef Ribs runs its course in my large with pecan and oak for smoke.

The mini will be cooking up a few bacon wrapped pork tenderloin kabobs around dinner and grilling some asparagus.

Nothing like a lazy day around the yard with some Baseball, Beers and the Egg!
