Hi there! {{{{{Waves nervously}}}}}
I have been lurking for a couple of weeks, getting around to posting and saying HI!
I have been wanting an Egg for sometime now and Hubby has decided to remodel our patio so Momma is getting her BGE! I think he is still on the fence about the whole thing, he isn't the primary griller and doesn't understand the multi-purpose use.
We are heading to the Bone Daddy Classic next weekend and I think he will really start to understand the obsession, hopefully get to try some of the items it will make.
You guys have me laughing throughout my day with your posts, happy to be here!

Could be a mind altering eggsperience.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

@Dawnya00 No beer vendors. It's "technically" an alcohol free event but you will see Koozies everywhere. We bring a cooler full of beer and liquor. Slide a beer in a Koozie and you're golden. Each cooking team starts the fest with an 8am gathering for a toast and shot. So the fest is not exactly alcohol free but I think it keeps teams looking for a place to get wasted from signing up. If you have a cooler you're more than welcomed to toss it next to ours.Dawnya00 said:@WeberWho? That is the plan. I know they need to be purchased ahead of time. It's a great deal.
