Here is another recipe from Smoke It Like A Pro.This is a wonderful Grilling and Smoking Recipe book.We just love it so you'll be seeing more soon

The marinade.
Chicken in the marinade for 6 hrs.

Out of the marinade to get to room temperature while the Egg gets up to 350*

Time to start grilling these marinaded chicken thighs

Out of the Egg after 30 minutes then a 10 minute rest

Served with Green Rice that Jackie made. This was an excellent and wonderful meal I love this cook book!!

I made a Tequila Lime Chicken Skewer the last time I cooked for a crowd using breasts. I thought they were a touch dry. I was thinking of using the thigh and cooking the same dish for the @henappleHillbilly Hijinx party in June.Flint, Michigan

Thank you. On the short list.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.
