Friday Night Carne Asada - Skirt Steak and Ribeyes

Marinated some skirt steak and Ribeyes in mojo while the egg came up to temp. Then seared at about 550 until nicely charred. Served on tortillas with peppers and onions. 

Forgot to get a picture Friday night so there's a picture of the leftovers from tonight along with a smoked pork taco from the butt cooked yesterday.
