Pizza dough from Trader Joe's
Chicken was leftover from a spatchcock earlier in the week, chopped and tossed in some satay peanut sauce
Pizza sauce was 2/3 sriracha garlic bbq sauce and 1/3 hoisin sauce
toppings were julienned red bell pepper, onion and carrot. The carrot was tossed in some of the pizza sauce. Also added crushed peanuts and some thinly sliced fresh jalapeño that I quick pickled for about 30 minutes

Lastly, here is the pork tenderloin marinating for tomorrow. By the time I finished making up the marinade, I realized it's basically a white sangria...with onion. We'll see how that is tomorrow night.

Thanks, it definitely turned out well tonight.
@DMW I usually make my own peanut sauce with coconut milk, chunky peanut butter, sriracha, fish sauce and a bunch of other things and use that for the base but didn't have time tonight, so I went with the jar. I didn't like the jar, so we switched it up to the hoisin-doctored sriracha bbq sauce as the base and just used the jar to coat the chicken, turned out to be a good choice.THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER -
