Pork loin roast ... Ideas wanted

Had this 5.9lb pork loin roast dropped off to make for dinner tomorrow. Am tired do just normal rubbed and cooked. Looking from some interesting things you may have done. Let's her em folks. LBGE (2012), MiniMax (2014), and too many Eggcessories to list. - Sudbury, Ontario

This APL recipe is really good, although I used apple juice and peach preserve instead.

You could stuff it with any variety of goodies.

I get this "premium reserve" pork loin roast, and always keep it simple: Salt pepper, rosemary and thyme. Cook at 325-340 dome till 115 interior, then bump to 375-400 dome till 137 and let rest. Comes out great every time.
