Very simple sauce, full of flavor with only 4 ingredients. Very versitable, it works well with meat scaloppini, poached eggs and fish fillets.

    Fresh oregano, parsley, garlic, crushed red pepper and crushed tomatoes?  I've eaten it with steak, but never poached eggs.  I'll have to give it a try.
