Louies - Cornbread - Rice Pudding

After eating out everyday for the past two weeks and trying out a bunch of new food it's nice to get back to the basics with a little comfort food.  I made a new batch of barbecue sauce for the rib competition coming up next month.  I'm really happy with the outcome of it.  I didn't give much love to the ribs when they were on the egg.  It was more about the sauce than the ribs.  Since I have my barbecue sauce 95% where I want it I'll have to start practicing my ribs and rub. I did a couple pans of cornbread for the ribs. For the past 6 months or so I've been craving rice pudding.  I'm not sure exactly why since I've never made it and only have had it a few times.  So why not.  Snapped a few pics along the way.
