6.5lb bone in Leg of Lamb. 400 Degrees Indirect. 2.5 hrs pulled at what my Maverick said was 135 but my Thermopen said 145 so it was a bit overcooked in parts. All in all, it turned out great. Happy Easter Y'all! Fort Mill, SC
