I put some confection sugar on top with some chocolate. Apparently there iscontroversy with baklava. Some say its Turkish some say its greek. Either way its amazing. It's sort of a long process. Let thaw overnight. Then managing the thawed dough is a pain in the as$. It's thinner than paper. 10 layers then filling then repeat repeat repeat. After it cooks for an hour you drizzle the honey sauce on top and have to let it sit for 6 hours or so. I'll make it again no doubt! It looked great @grege345 - I think Greek when I think baklava. I forgot to mention in my post (though it's pictured) that I did a super simple dessert with grilled strawberries over plain greek yogurt with honey and chocolate balsamic reduction drizzled on top. I WISH I'd done baklava though ;]

Not sure how the dealer here is, i purchased in a different state. I was cooking pizza and then did a clean burn after. Cracked the heck out of it.
