Frontier Brand Charcoal ( sold at Sam's Club)

Price point is difficult to beat. It burns decent, little smokey (not a neutral burn like RW or WGWW), ash production is average. But, more notably it pops a lot when lighting and throughout higher temp cooks. I bought 2 bags some time back and since RW and WGWW are both readily available I haven't seen a need to buy it again. It just wasn't my cup of lump.

I use it all the time for quicker cooks. I have no problem with it.
