Hot Italian Sausage Hoagie

SWMBO made spaghetti sauce the other night and I was in charge of browning the hamburger. Recipe calls for 1.5 lbs of beef. I doubled that....
So tonight we were doing leftovers and I egged some Italian Sausage and made myself a hoagie.

Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.
