Dinner at my sisters.
Stuffing the kielbasa Friday, church sun am at 10:45. Mad rush home to cook the 8 lb boneless leg of lamb and cook the kielbasa. Have to be at my sisters at 3:00. She is 45 mins away, so I have no idea how this is all going to go smoothly. Only way I can get a bit ahead is to light the egg before going to church and pray it settles in and is at 275 or lower when I get home so I can put the leg on right away.
At least lamb cooks quickly and we like it rare....
Then headed to @DMW ' s parents house to sit patiently and wait for some scraps.--------------------------------------------------
