Porterhouse Steaks with Redeye Express

Went to The Butchers Market in Cary NC today to look for some dinner inspiration. Picked up some Dizzy Pig Redeye Express. Decided to try it on some Porterhouse Steaks and some chicken thighs. Steaks cooked direct flipping every 30 seconds to Medium Rare. Thighs cooked raised direct. Grilled asparagus marinated in Newmans Oil and Vinegar.
Also so did some grilled pineapple and apples with Pineapple Head for dessert.
Would definitely recommend the Redeye for steak and chicken.
