Restaurant Depot The Bomb

Went to the Restaurant Depot to check it out and use my new KCBS card. The place is huge and busy. They have about everything you could need to start a restaurant Or catering business. I was looking for a fresh ham, but no luck without ordering one. So I picked up 2 pork buts at 21.78 pounds for $1.29 per pounds and a 11.14 pound brisket at $3.69 per pound. I see a lot of other things I could get there to cook on the Egg or smoke. KCBS membership is only $35 a year. It was to busy to and didn't have enough time to really see it all. May go back again this week to look around more.

The KCBS website just says "One-day shopping pass at any Restaurant Depot location when you present your KCBS membership card."
Not sure if that means just a one day pass once a year or what.

They did it before with no fees, but I don't know.

get the tax id number for your workplace and take it in for a membership. the one here is not real strict about issuing memberships.

The KCBS membership allows you a one day pass every day if you so desired. I have been many times on my card. @Ladeback69 , I found some prime grade briskets at mine awhile back, keep your eyes peeled.

1.29 a pound for pork butt is less than half of what it is going for around here in the grocery stores!

Do they have 00 pizza flower? I wasn't able to spend much time looking around.
