Ok seeing as though some keep wanting to jack the requirements for the rub exchange I figured I would pull out the big gun cook(or at least for me anyway). Pass or fail, hopefully this will move me to the head of the class of "non post count criteria Makers". Trying to replicate Amazing ribs prime rib. Have done my own trimming of the meat, first time roast roping, from scratch gravel, making of the rub and another great pineapple upside down cake and made the garlic rosemary butter for the tatoes. These dam cakes have started a cult following at my house, People(my mom most of all) Get pissed if I do not make this cake now that they have had it. Thanks to those that shared the recipe here. Roast is on the XL and hope she's done by 5:30 and will post the finished products. Photo of me and the wife last weekend after the zztop show. Will update soon. Plumbers local 130 chicago.
