I see everyone saying they live their AR. Couple questions: are there different brands? If so which is best? Where is best place to buy one?

The AR is sold only by www.ceramicgrillstore.com. I have the R&B AR and love it and their customer service was great. You can call and discuss with them if you want. Lots of options so it can be overwhelming.

Ceramic grill works sells a swing rack which expands your space but I don't have any experience with them. I've also seen some folks using the Kamado Joe divide and conquer in an egg with good results.

  • The customer combo is a popular AR from the ceramic grill store. Tom is really easy to work with. It comes with the spider, rig, additional grate, pizza stone and drip pan.

Please realize CeramicGrillStore is different than CeramicGrillWorks.

CeramicGrillStore (cgs) sells the AR and Woo.  They are awesome and sell a wonderful product.  I have dealt with them and they are great!

CeramicGrillWorks (cgw) sells the swing rack. Lets just say people are not nearly as complimentary about cgw.

I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

Yes...sorry if I wasn't clear. I was trying to point out some of the other options. CeramicGrillStore has a sterling rep.  The others not necessarily so (though again I have no experience with them, but a forum search will show you what others have said).

Now we know you can't stack two AR's and close the lid.

Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.
