Wings tonight

Made some wings with a chicken sausage and pickled red onions. The only reason I cooked the sausage is so I could eat the pickled red onions, thanks again @coffeeguydenton I've been making these regularly since I saw his post with the recipe.   

I used the last of my Loveless Cafe Rub tonight, will be ordering more shortly. Stuff is great.

I also threw together a sauce consisting of some SBR's BBQ sauce, pickle juice, Louisiana Hot Sauce, parmesan cheese, and a bit of Dale's marinade. Turned out great!
